Pregnancy confirmed but no symptoms - normal?

6weeks pregnant on Thursday - no major symptoms, is this normal?
I keep over thinking and get worried since I haven’t had any major symptoms but found out yesterday HCG= 1223.0 from 424 on Friday.

I never had symptoms except bigger boobs and fatigue! And that was my whole pregnancy! I didn’t get my first ultrasound until I was 9 weeks along, and I took 6 pregnancy tests because I couldn’t believe I was pregnant without major symptoms. You may just get lucky like me and have an amazing pregnancy!

Same here did ultrasound and saw a gestational sac but no symptoms as yet. Just sore nipples and feeling tired.
