So I am about 4-5 weeks pregnant and I started bleeding yesterday and when I wiped it was bright red blood but wasn’t a whole lot of it, I kept bleeding through the day but it started tiring a brownish color. I am still bleeding on day two; it’s more like spotting now with a brownish color. Should I be worried? What do I do? Is it implantation bleeding?? I am also peeing what seems like every 5 minutes and when I do it’s barely anything coming out and stings a little bit when I pee towards the end of peeing.
