Upper back/neck pain 7 weeks pregnant?
I’ve just woken up with a twingy upper back like when i move my neck to the left it hurts feels like I’ve pulled something or slept funny haven’t had any other symptoms . I’m 7 weeks pregnant is this anything to worry about?!
