I’m 6 weeks and I have had some brown spotting and discharge like in the photo. I called my doctor multiple times (she’s on speed dial now) and she keeps assuring me that it’s normal. I’m still worried sick. Has anyone else had similar discharge?

I’ve had spotting like that in all three of my pregnancies.
With two I’ve had a subchronic hematoma and experienced spotting to full red bleeding both were fine and it stopped after my first trimester.
My most recent pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage at 9w5d where I got spotting like that an ultrasound showed babies heartbeat had stopped.
Many women experience bleeding in the first trimester but I’d be asking for an ultrasound or a series of betaHCG to ensure everything is ok if it continues

Have you had an ultrasound done? I was diagnosed with a hematoma and they said it may pass but if not that's okay. So it may just be a hematoma passing. If strong bleeding starts go to emergency. Hope all the best for you chickie
