6 years, 2 losses, many lifestyle changes, and a round of clomid to conceive our first. Sex once in December- not trying but not preventing with my current pregnancy. Everyone and every pregnancy is different. Nothing is going to make it happen faster but things like taking prenatals, eating right, excercise, and full dr checkups will help prepare your body for pregnancy ( for both you and your partner - eggs and sperm need to be healthy). Red raspberry leaf tea is great for uterine health. Probiotics are good for keeping your ph balanced. Ovulation tests to know when you are ovulating. Good luck and baby dust.
