Did your shoe size permanently change after giving birth?

My foot size technically stayed the same... but some of my shoes don’t fit the same anymore. I swear the arch of my foot changed a bit.  Heels that I used to wear all the time, aren’t as comfortable anymore.

I was a size 8 when pregnant and went back down to my original size afterwards which is a 7.

She went up half a shoe size each pregnancy 😂
She wore a 7 1/2 or sometimes an 8 before kids, but she’s worn a 9 for as long as I can remember!

Mine just swelled in pregnancy, stretched out all my shoes and then shrunk again 😒

With my first I did but with my second it went back down. I was a 9 1/2 before my first pregnancy and now I'm a 10. With my second I was a 10 1/2 but went back.
