My partner and I are talking about trying for a baby so we are getting started with having our fertility checked and getting the info we need to make this as positive a journey as possible. I take One a Day prenatal plus DHA (combo pack) and CoQ10. 
You generally will not be able to get fertility checked unless you have been trying for a year, just an FYI. We lied 7months in and said it had been a year because we knew something was wrong.

Along with a probiotic and an Omega 3 with EPA and DHA. These give me energy and I don't see the neon colored pee like I do with alot of other vitamins so I'm assuming they absorb well.
