First time mom and I'm 33 weeks pregnant what should I do read description ?

I just got back from vacation yesterday I was walking a lot and I noticed my feet and hands getting really swollen and painful on heal and my hands are mild swollen but still hurt . Should I call my ob and have him check or just let it out ? I just heard horror stories with preeclampsia with my cousin .

You were walking a lot. Put your feet up and relax. Swelling can be a totally normal part of pregnancy. If there is nothing else going on it’s very unlikely its related to preeclampsia.

Most likely its just from walking a lot. Elevate your feet and drink lots of fluids and it should get a little better. I got hugely swollen with my first at the end too and didnt have preeclampsia.

Get checked for peace of mind if you need it. Better safe then sorry but a lot of walking and salt in your diet can cause swelling as well.
