Awkward question ladies..
Alright so is it normal to have these crusty things on my nipples...? They’re very gross but it kinda hurts squeezing them out. Leaves my nipple sore and a little red. Trying to decide are my nipples dirty or is this normal?? What do I do? 😳😳😳 I don’t think it’s dried colostrum because they were like this before getting pregnant too but not this bad. Several of these little round crusty gross things..
