Almost 27 weeks does your lower back hurt if you walk around too much?

Just walking around in Walmart and got to the car and my lower back is killing me

I’m the exact opposite! I can be on my feet for my 12 hours shift at the hospital and have no back pain and then on my days off when i try to take it easy i have a lot more back pain! Maybe from my weight constantly shifting from moving so much??? The back pain is deff not fun!

Yes... it's bc if the way we naturally counteract the weight we are now carrying in front. If we dont have a strong core or keep our core tightened as we get bigger... then the back will hurt for sure. I try hard to always be aware of my abdominal muscles and using them so I stand up straight and not bent back to counter the weight in front. I will also bend over and touch my toes (cant do that anymore but the movement is good) to stretch the back back out. Chiropractor does wonders.

I have spd and sciatica pain. My midwife recommended the uppsie band and icing it. It has helped tremendously.
