Why is my belly so big dont see a OB till Aug 26th

In the pink shirt I am 4 weeks 
In the dress I am 6 weeks 
With no shirt i am 8 weeks 
In overalls it's my normal body

It's bloat right now, it'll eventually go away and then a belly will form when you're further along
