Ezcema while pregnant!!

I had eczema as a kid and a couple small spots as an adult in the winter but it is now summer and pregnancy has triggered it all over my body! It’s so itchy and spreading.. any natural remedy advice that helps??

I have lotion from the dermatologist but has a slight risk during pregnancy so I don’t want to use it
