Is it safe??

Hi ladies, i am just wondering if its safe to drink the supplement drink "ENSURE" ?
I have not had an appetite lately and i just need to get some calories in im only 10weeks..
I would ask my doctor but my apt isnt until the 16th, please help ladies

If weight isn't an issue then do it. If not, try a different protein shake, one with less sugar and calories. I can't tolerate over 11g of sugar so it's not even an option for me.

I was wondering the same I think you should be fine it's vitamin aswell but not 100% sure I was drinking it but stopped bc I would burp the vitamin and that would make me so nauseous

My doctor had me drinking one a day because im such a picky eater and wasnt getting enough vitamins. Yes healthy. But made me gain SO much weight

I had to when I couldn't keep anything down. Only drink it when you really need to as they aren't as healthy for you as eating real food and it contains a lot of sugar. They totally saved my butt my first trimester.

My doctor recommended I drink Ensure Active to ease the nausea.

I'm pretty sure it's encouraged to drink ensure, especially if you're having a hard time keeping anything down as it contains nutrients that your body needs. A friend of mine is very high risk and couldn't keep anything down, she's been drinking it.
