I just want a baby. Could somebody please help me understand why it’s so hard to get pregnant by pre cum? I tried  having unprotected sex to get pre cum in me around my ovulation date and still nothing happened. Period came and left . Why am I still getting period . I’m only 15

Sounds like you’re trying to trap someone into pregnancy which is not only disgusting, but illegal. STOP.
You’re also only 15 and sound extremely immature. You probably don’t have a full time job, your own home, or your own health insurance to support a baby, so you have no business conceiving right now. That is so unfair to not only the man, but especially the child. Do you realize it costs around $20k to support a child’s first year of life alone?
Please seek help from a mental health specialist. You don’t sound stable in the head.

Also I've been having unprotected sex with no contraceptives and no condoms  and only pull out method (so if any thing every does get in me, it's ONLY precum & nothing else) for 15 years and I've never gotten pregnant.
