First OB appointment tomorrow..

So I think I’m about 4 weeks. We found out that we’re expecting a few days ago and the lines are definitely progressing. With both of my kids and my last pregnancy (miscarried in May) I didn’t need to see my doctor until I was about 8 weeks. Why would the doctor want me to come in so early? What could they do/see at only 4 weeks?
