Does anyone else feel like this? I'm 18 weeks pregnant with my second and I totally feel pregnant as in exhausted, nauseous, etc but I'm not feeling any movement and my stomach is still not hard at all. I feel pregnant in symptoms but not physically pregnant if that makes sense.

The doctor says I'm measuring fine and I heard the heartbeat just last week but I still don't feel like there is anything in there. Anyone else have this and have advice?
