Someone please help !

My boyfriend and I haven't had sex but we tried to once and have had skin to skin contact. Down there a thousand times and I've given him head. I've developed tears and itchy down there and even though my obgyn told me everything looked fine I think he missed something and I have herpes. My boyfriend has had 4 other sexual partners before me used a confom for all and hasn't been sexually active in 2 years. I'm having tears like this it's  4:45 am and I can't sleep idk what to do . I'm scared and can't stop shaking
