Positive test!?

Okay, so yesterday was my first missed period date. I rested today and got the result below. This being said, my first pregnancy I had a line show up immediately. This one is very faint and took a few minutes. Could it be from peeing too much on the strip? Is it just wishful thinking or does it look positive!?😭
