Can having RH in your blood be bad???

There are two main blood groups, ABO and the RH or rhesus blood group. For instance I'm A + or A Rh positive. My husband is O negative. How a baby inherits his own blood group is how mom and dad's can combine. I am most likely a carrier of O (my mom is an O) so there's a 25% chance or baby will be O and 75% chance of being A. Not sure what Rh group my parents are but if I also carry the RH neg gene the baby has 25% chance as well to be Rh neg. 
The thing is when you're pregnant as you know at some point late in pregnancy your blood and the blood your baby is making on its own will meet. Usually at birth there's a little bit of blood that goes into your circulation. Nothing to worry about. But when you're Rh negative and the baby is RH positive those two blood groups are opposite so your body will recognize it as foreign and make an antibody to it. First pregnancy the baby will be born no issues but if you make the antibody to the RH blood group (which can only happen if you're RH negative) and your next baby is RH positive your antibody could attack the baby's red cells and make them sick. This is why RH negative mom's get the RHiG or rhogram shot. At 28 weeks. It essentially tricks your body to say hey we already made that antibody so don't make it. It lasts about 3 months then it's out of your system. When baby is born they'll figure out what his blood group is and if RH negative, nothing further to do, if RH positive they'll give you another shot just so any potential blood transfer doesn't make your immune system so it's thing.
But again RHiG is only given if you're Rh negative. If you're Rh positive you don't need to worry.

It's literally your blood type. For example I'm A- or A RH- and my husband is B RH+ or B+

It’s fine. I’m I beg so of course I’m RH negative which just lent I had to have the rhogram shot. They say you get another after the baby is born too. Nothing to be worried about.

No you're either a RH negative or positive blood type at birth. If you're a negative blood type having it in there means your blood mixed with a baby and you'll need rhogram injections during your pregnancies. You'll need it regardless if you're a negative blood type tho.
