Amazing! I am obsessed with reading birth stories on the hypnobabies website! It sounds so awesome the way the moms handle delivery. I wish I wouldve heard of it sooner so I could try it this time! Maybe next time for me. Either way I plan I trying some of the techniques during early labor before I request medication for pain

I had the most amazing medication- free hospital birth using hypnobabies techniques. Feeling grateful that we hired a birth photographer, but extra grateful that he’s finally here!!! 💙
