No baby’s get these rashes because their hormones are coming in, they takes weeks but go away by themselves, you shouldn’t put anything on it or scratch it as it could irritate the skin.

Just baby acne! I’ve used breast milk & it’s helped a bit w/my children before 😊 Perfectly harmless, some babies get it worse than others but it’s very normal.

My daughter had this as well. Don’t put breast milk on it because it makes it worse. Just leave it alone and it will go away in a couple of weeks.

My now 3 month old got this when she was much smaller. It’s normal . It gets worse before it gets better. The doctor told me I can use aquaphor ointment after baths. Then when we saw it spread I was told to use Eucerin baby eczema cream and hydrocortisone 1% mixed together three times a day and not in the sun and that worked! I would say just watch how the rash progresses and let the doctor know because it can become itchy for the baby which is why I was told to use the cream. The rash makes them very dried and dry makes them itchy.
