Copper iud or abstinence. I bet your husband realizes real quick condoms aren't that bad

Copper iud is the only non hormonal, also condoms. I had the iud for 2 years and I was miserable though. Extremely heavy, painful periods that lasted 7-10 days. It sucked. But it may be different for you.

Copper IUD. I have one and love it. My periods are heavier but not painful. I am so glad I got it

Only non-hormonal choice is the copper IUD. They usually want to wait a while after you’ve given birth so that your uterus can finish shrinking before they put it in otherwise you run the risk of it getting dislodged.
