TTC working night shift

Do you guys think working night shift can ability one’s ability to conceive? Any insight would be helpful. I had a coworker once told me that her other coworker was having trouble conceiving and her doctor told her if you want to get pregnant, work day shift so she did and finally got pregnant. What do you guys think?
