I took 10 pregnancy test today and all are positive. However, for the past week 1/2 I’ve been having mild pain in my uterus area. And 3 days ago it gravitated towards the middle of my uterus. Is that normal during the first trimester of pregnancy ?

Also, I thought I was having period cramps so I took a generic brand of midol. 2 pills today and probably 2 pills earlier this week. Is that going to affect the baby?
