Slow developing?

Im 17 weeks today and I'm so small. Some days I'm bigger than others but I think that's just boat. I don't think I'm supposed to be small. Does that mean my baby isn't developing right? I'm a first time mom! /.\

A lot depends on your body shape and type. I didn't show at all til about 18-19 weeks with my first and even then it looked like I'd just had a big meal and she is fine!

I felt the same way. I'm now 21 weeks and barely look pregnant in my opinion. I worried because I lost 22 lbs in the first trimester, and thought maybe it delayed the development of my baby. But, even though I'm not really big yet, the doctor assures me that my baby boy is growing fine and perfectly healthy. I'm sure your baby is developing just fine, and eventually you'll get bigger. I'm a first time mom too, so I understand how every little thing can make you worry even when others tell you not to lol.

It depends on your body shape. I am fairly tall at 5'8" and I was about 140 lbs with my first. It took until about 24 weeks to finally start showing and he ended up being 9 lbs 11 oz!
