Is this an okay breakfast?

Tomorrow is my first day of keto, and i REALLY wanna do this right. After 3 kids i am standing at 5'7" and 180ish. I feel SUPER down about myself. Is this okay for breakfast? Or should i just have my coffee and fast it out till lunch
