Is my job going to make me have a MC?

M

So I found out I'm almost 5 weeks and I'm 37 years old. I work at Amazon fulfillment center. My job is not really hard but physically demanding. I am on my feet for 10 plus hours, walking tons of miles and lifting heavy objects almost all day. I work 4 days a week for 10 hrs per day. Lately we've had VTO which is voluntary time off for work that you can claim if they send you a message when work is slow in the warehouse. This time doesnt affect your time off in your bank so I figured I'd take advantage of it.

I worked the past 2 days and decided to take yesterday and today off. I've been nauseous and having cramps so I'm afraid of MC since I had one last year and it was my first pregnancy. I feel a little guilty because of lost wages and it being unfair to my husband but when I'm at work I'll be fine then super sick the next minute. We've already spent a couple grand trying to have this baby because as we did a few rounds of IUI with meds and trigger but miraculously gor BFP before trying 4th round.

So what I'm wondering if I should just deal with it or try to take it easy, when it's available, until after like week 8 or 10. I heard risk of MC goes down by then and lost wages now doesnt really matter if we will need to pay 20k for IVF if it doesnt work out.
