Low lying placenta

I’m 14 weeks and had an ultrasound today which showed that my placenta was covering my cervix. I realize that as my uterus grows that it should hopefully pull up the placenta. I can’t help but worry though! Has anyone had this happen early on and everything turned out to be ok??
