Can I take a hot bath while pregnant?

I’m 5 weeks 1 day confirmed by doctor today! I feel nauseous and a little crampy. Baths are the only thing that help. Can I take a bath as long as it’s not too hot?

Baths are perfectly fine. You just don’t want the water so hot that your sweating or turning red

I got the go ahead, as long as someone is near to help me out of the bath just in case  lightheadedness/dizziness happens. Just message your doctor and ask first though.

Of course I do all the time it’s the only thing that soothes my back ache as long as I’m not sweating or turning red it’s all good
