Who else experienced very prominent veins on the upper/inner thighs since very early on?

I just went to the toilet and as I was sitting I noticed how prominent my veins are currently on the top of my thighs🤷🏼‍♀️

Answer

That was my first sign of pregnancy with my 2nd at 7dpo.  I got a positive frer the same day.
