Ovulation fail? ☹️

I recently began to track my ovulation, I’ve been tracking since day 10 because I’ve never tracked before. Yesterday, I had a pretty dark like but it was not a positive according to the instructions and the glow app. I tested 2 times that day and they were both the same. This morning I tested again and it looks like it’s even lighter. Had this happened to anyone? Does that mean I didn’t ovulate? My heart is so broken because my husband and I have been waiting for the surge to begin to try.
