This is my first cycle with letrozole and trigger shot. I have PCOS and anovulatory infertility. So I started spotting on Thursday, had full flow on Friday (CD 1). Saw my RE today (Saturday) for an ultrasound and bloodwork. He wants me to start letrozole today and take for the next 5 days (CD 2-6).
