I totally thought 100% it was my period in the days leading up to when it was supposed to come. I had very mild cramping. The day before my period, I actually felt what I thought was blood for my period. I went to the bathroom, and still no period. Just creamy discharge. But I knew it was coming and I was disappointed. But I had to take a test because I had a doctors appointment the next day to get some blood tests done for other reasons and I just had to know before I went. So I took a test and it was positive! I'm just over 4 weeks, and it still feels like my period is supposed to come, but nothing's there.

Definitely thought it was my period. It felt exactly the same! No blood though. I never even got implantation bleeding
