Mouth??

I have this white lump in the bottom left of my mouth and it's really painful anybody know what it is?

its an ulcer, i have them 24/7! try to gaggle salt water (warm but not hot!) around it and obviously spit it out:) it hurts for a little bit with the salt but it will fight the infection x

It's a sore. You get them from eating acidic/salty foods and it opens up the skin and saliva gets in and causes a white bubble. You can get rid of it with a salt water combo but that will hurt like hell. Or buy something called "oralgel" it's like a tube with a clear paste or cream that you put on it and it is medicated and it will go away. Also numbs and makes the pain go away. You apply as needed. I get these once in a while.
