How does pre seed work? Do I have to contact a doctor to let them know I'm using it or just use it ?

My husband and I used it for the first time last month after ttc for a year with two miscarriages and we got our bfp two weeks ago! We bought it on amazon since it was a little Cheaper online.

It's just an OTC lube. It's supposed to act as fertile CM. sperm can move freely on their journey.
