Low Sperm Count

Ok, so this may be TMI but I've noticed recently that when my guy ejaculates (he pulls out once in a while for his own amusement of making a mess) his semen is mostly clear with just a few white patches in it. I read online that the clear is seminal fluid and the white is the actual Sperm, that if the semen is more clear then it either means you have sex too much (we typically have sex a few times a week) or you have a low Sperm Count. Now I'm freaking out! Why? Because I... We... Want a baby together. I already have problems conceiving because of ovarian cysts and internal scaring and now I realize that few may have a low Sperm Count abs that just makes our chances even lower. 😢He does have two daughters from past relationship and I have a daughter as well from a past relationship so we have both been lucky in the past. However, or youngest kids are 5yrs old and I know reproductive health can change over time. I'm 25 yrs old and he is 32. My question is, before going to the doctor for check ups, is there anyway we can naturally increase our odds of getting pregnant?
