Breast Tumors

A couple of months ago I was diagnosed with 2 Bi-RADS 3 probably benign tumors in my right breast. I’m 19 turning 20 next month. The doctors said I’m too young to get breast cancer and they are definitely benign & I have to go to every 6 mo ultrasounds but lately the pain my tumors have been causing me is getting worse. It’s not everyday but when it does hurt it hurts bad. I also noticed & my boyfriend noticed it seems to have grown a little bit.. should I be concerned? He told me it’s definitely benign but I know growth is a bad sign.. should I seek a different opinion? When I first discovered the lump they also didn’t even tell me about the second lump. I found out I have another one on my paperwork & I have extreme family history of cancer. Everyone on my mothers side has had cancer. Ages 19-64
