Nausea at 10 weeks

I am a FTM and I thought the nausea was supposed to be subsiding soon. Today I hit 10 weeks and also threw up so hard I peed my pants. My throat hurts from always throwing up and unisom B6 combo, reglan and Zofran are not working. Creating life is such hard work!
