Possible?

I miscarried 7/13 at 5 weeks and 5 days. I went in for blood work on 7/15 and my hcg was 1.0 and progesterone was .80. I've been feeling "off" and took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was positive. Anyway the test is picking up the previous pregnancy? Sure seems soon but my levels were so low a month ago?
