Yes but not long. He’ll only sit long unsupported if he’s leaning forward, only sits up straight unsupported for about a minute :) but we’re getting there!

Yes! My son will be 5 months in a few days. He could sit up in a tripod position a little last weekend. This weekend, he could sit up unassisted for a few minutes without using his hands. I was even able to roll a ball to him and he could grab it.

She just started the tripod sitting for a few minutes at a time, where she can sit if her hands are supporting her. I have to be close by though becuse she can fall at any moment. For reference, my son (3years) didnt start sitting completely independently until close to 7 months.
