Hair pulling?

Lately, my almost 10 month old has been pulling out the hair of anybody holding her and pulling their glasses right off their face. Anybody else dealing with this? How are you discouraging your baby from doing it?

I try and redirect. I tried saying no or ow but my girl literally laughed in my face. She's a savage. 😂

every time he pulls out some hairstrands and if I say no, he laughs as if its a joke. And yes no one can put on glasses when with him. Don’s know how to discourage him. Ge doesn’t understand ‘no’ as yet. I understand its a phase and will pass in some time

My girl thinks it's funny when I tell her no, I've been trying to smack her hand just a little when she grabs for my glasses, but it doesnt phase her at all. I'm at a loss.

We say no and redirect him to a toy or something... yesterday though he pulled so hard some came out, he looked at in his hand then patted it back on my hair so I’m hoping that scared him and he will stop doing it. It was pretty cute though

We just ignore it. It was really bad before with her hair pulling. But we literally just ignore it. She doesn’t do it that much now. She would pull out her own hair. 
Sometimes she pulls on my hair I just in clasp her hand and get her mind to something else. I don’t give it attention
