Pump One More Time?
Hello!
I stopped pumping / nursing this month and it has been 10 days since I last pumped. I have no pain / tenderness, but my breasts still feel firm in the center. Like I have some milk stored up??? Do I need to pump one more time for this to go away? Or will it eventually go away in its own?
