When do you transition to a crib?

Should we transition from the bassinet to the crib post 4th month sleep regression or after ?

I wanted to keep my son in our room for 6 months but we needed to redo our floors so he had to go in his crib at 4 months. He was just fine.

Our lo was waking up when I’d get up to pump or if our dogs would stir. We decided to move him last week at 8 weeks old. It’s been hard for me but he’s been sleeping a lot better and lord knows we need all the sleep we can get.

We transitioned to a crib right before he turned 3 months

Mine went at 3 mo and 1.5 mo. My first went cuz we traveled out of state and she did so good we transitioned her when we got home without a problem. My son was just having a hard time with my hubs early early alarms so we tried it and he was a champ so we stuck with it.

Whenever you're comfortable with it. My LO moved to her crib around 6 weeks.

you can put them in the crib as soon as you get home from the hospital. My son outgrew his bassinet by the time he was 3 months

I plan to try it in the next few days being that I go back to work in a couple of weeks and I feel like it’s time. She’s almost 11 weeks.
