Took a week off from the gym due to be out of town and the sickness really picked up. Did not want to get up at 3:45am to go to the gym this morning. Was feeling sick first thing this morning 🤢 but got up and got there. As soon as I got into the workout I felt much better. 30 min after my workout the sickness was back. So at least I had an hour of not feeling sick. Came home showered and now back in bed until my kids wake up. Tomorrow I get to see who keeps making me so miserable! Baby #4
