So I don’t know if y’all remember seeing my post about my mom throwing me a surprise baby shower/housewarming party at my house, and not telling me until a couple days before the fact (and only because she didn’t want me to buy anything else). I was frustrated, and had to clean my house, help set up and help cook all within 48 hours for a shower I really didn’t need/want. But I knew my mom meant well, so I sucked it up and tried to be as positive as can be!

I’m very blessed, it honestly wasn’t that bad, not a lot of people showed up so it wasn’t too crazy. It was very relaxed, everyone had a good time and there weren’t too many gifts so I didn’t feel crazy overwhelmed. I didn’t even get any pictures because I was so busy conversing and just relaxing with good family and friends. So at least there is a happy ending to the craziness that was the beginning of my weekend! 😂 I saw a lot of people on here celebrate this weekend as well, and it’s just made me feel more positive and upbeat about nearing the finish line of this pregnancy. Can’t wait to meet my baby boy!
