😩HELP CONFLICTING OPK RESULTS

Can anybody please help me figure out what this means? The EPT test says negative but the dollar tree one looks like a positive to me is there any reason why I would be getting such different answers with the same urine sample? I have been taking my bbt for the past few days using OvuSense and attached the temps if that helps! Sorry I’m new to this. I do have mild PCOS but I do get regular periods every month. I cut out carbs and sugar and wound up unexpectedly pregnant in April which ended in a miscarriage.
