Dieting tips?
First time actually doing a diet...gained maybe like 41 pounds since last year after my grandma passed...finally deciding this is not the right way to live and want to get back to a healthy weight and get out of this depressed/eating for comfort...
I started today..i ate a peach for breakfast and went walking on the track(i chose probably the hottest day ever🙄) starting to feel a lil faint so im deciding to eat a little oatmeal..
What are some of your breakfast/snack/dinner go to's to shed some lbs?
Any advice is welcome i have no clue what im doing!! I just want to safely and properly get back to where i was
