Which excersicing apps work the best?
I be eating a lot sometimes. But not TOO much i try to control myself but i just like eating. Sometimes i get craving and i wanna eat. I dont eat breakfast sometimes. I eat dinner. But i eat A LOT of snacks. Chips. Chocolates. Things like that. Im trying to eat less because i want to lose weight and have a nice curvy body. Im about 147 pounds and im 15. so pleasee help and lmk which apps help.
