Exercise while ovulating

I need some advice about working out during and after ovulation until either Aunt Flo shows up or I finally get my bfp. Here's a little of my background, I'm 5'6 205lbs and have pcos so I need to lose weight to get pregnant. I started cardio about 7 weeks ago and went from 213 to 205. It's vigorous for me, when I started it took me 18 mins to do 1 mile, now I'm at 2 miles in 28 mins so I'm definitely pushing myself. Does anyone here have any knowledge about if it's safe for me to continue pushing myself or should I dial it back some until af or a bfp?
