New Job

Hi!! so I just got my first job two weeks ago as a hostess at a pretty nice restaurant, but i am absolutely hating. The hostesses are the only FOH that dont have a uniform but we have a dress code that is even more strict than my schools dress code so its really frustrating, the kitchen & some servers treat the hostesses like absolute shit, they only have one hostess on duty everyday except fridays and saturdays even though it gets pretty busy during the week, and apparently in the kitchen when our bosses arent in house they roll & smoke blunts and generally i wouldn’t have an issue with that outside of work but it just feels wrong and sneaky and bad (im such a child omf) ANYWAY

I’m already thinking of quitting but im struggling because i dont want the fact that i didnt stay long to affect me getting future jobs, i dont want to disappoint anyone or seem like an asshole, and im not sure if these are legitimate reasons to quit or if its just my immature 17 year old self trying to make excuses?
